DESCRIPTION
We are currently developing various spatial light
modulators (SLM) for high-performance adaptive optics applications.
Current SLM devices in development:
- Phase-only modulator
- 36-µm pixel
- 288 x 256 pixel array
- Integrated high-voltage driver
- Continuous wavefront corrector
- Continuous deformable facesheet
- Large area (100 mm x 100 mm)
- High modulation depth (8 µm, 16 µm in reflection)
